Overview


The Mulit-Orifice Nozzle (MON) trim configuration has been field-tested and proven to deliver superior wear resistance and control performance. The MON trim controls high velocity fluid during pressure reduction by directing the flow to the center of the flow nozzle. The erosive energy is contained and converted with the flow trim. As a result of this conversion, the valve outlet is protected from high velocity flow impingement.

The wear is isolated to the expendable trim components instead of the valve wall which, in turn, reduces the potential for release of fluids to the environment.
